DAY-OF:

STARTS AT $750

The “Day-of” package support starts much prior to simply the day of. I am happy to help answer any questions and offer you support where I can from the time you book with me. The bulk of my time commitment to you and your wedding day will start at the 6-8 week prior to your wedding day, where we will schedule planning meetings to discuss and plan all the final details.

This package includes:
  • Access to several planning resources I have developed immediately upon booking, such as: an editable planner in Canva; and a GoogleDrive folder with a budget tracker, vendor manager, guest list tracker, seating charts, and more.
  • Creating a timeline for the weekend; including working through specific vendor arrival times, departures, and other logistics
  • Up to 12 hours of day-of support
  • Set up and tear down
  • Coordinating vendors, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time and adhere to their contracts
The “Day-of” package is perfect for anyone who has done the vast majority of the leg work planning, but needs some extra support in finalizing and implementing the final details.

PARTIAL PLANNING:

STARTS AT $1500

The “partial planning” package is perfect for someone who has the majority of vendor booking and agreements down, but needs some additional assistance in specific design areas and selecting remaining vendors. This is a collaborative effort in planning your big day - we’ll have regular calls and emails discussing your vision and I will make recommendations that reflect you and your partner’s style and wants.

This package includes:

  • Access to several planning resources I have developed immediately upon booking, such as: an editable planner in Canva; and a GoogleDrive folder with a budget tracker, vendor manager, guest list tracker, seating charts, and more.
  • Everything included in the “day-of” package
  • Unlimited communication and support from time of booking (within business hours unless it is an emergency)
  • Option of weekly check in meetings (via call, videochat, or email) starting at the 8 week out mark
  • Other last minute tasks - such as coordinating DIY efforts and building a seating chart (just to name a few)

FULL PLANNING:

STARTS AT $2500

The Full Planning package is for the client who desires complete assistance throughout the entire wedding process; start to finish. You'll share your design ideas with me and from there we will put together a beautiful day that reflects your overall theme and story as a couple flows from start to finish, wowing you and your guests. This package includes unlimited phone and email communication and assistance in all planning facets. I'll be with you every step of the way, ensuring it is carefree from the very beginning.

This package includes:

  • Access to several planning resources I have developed immediately upon booking, such as: an editable planner in Canva; and a GoogleDrive folder with a budget tracker, vendor manager, guest list tracker, seating charts, and more.
  • Everything included in the “day-of” and “partial planning” packages
  • Securing the venue and vendor contracts
  • Full event design and implementation
  • Creation of a budget and payment timeline
  • Schedule and attend vendor meetings, review vendor contracts, and provide preferred vendor recommendations (while still giving you the option to choose your personal preferences)

A-LA CARTE OPTIONS:

The services listed below can be added to any package - prices will vary depending on base package selected. Or, these services may be selected individually (or more than one service may be selected) if you need help with specific aspects of planning your big day, but don’t think you need a package.
  • Hourly consultations
  • Stuff, seal, stamp, and mail wedding invitations or save the dates
  • Track RSVPs
  • Source and arrange hotel wedding block(s)
  • Assemble and delivery of hotel welcome gifts
  • Wedding favors
  • Rehearsal planning and/or coordination
  • Pre-wedding activities - such as bridesmaids luncheon or bridal shower
  • Post -wedding activities - such as morning after brunch or the honeymoon
  • Budget consult and planning
  • Design services (invitation suite, day-of stationary or signage, photo book)
